Sir I can’t go gym because workout time my body get very hot and rashes coming that time I get breathing problem also then hospital going only it get clear I tried 3 more times same this happening why this is like sir I want to avoid this problem can you please give one solution .

The acne is intermittent.  when it flares it seems to take forever to calm down.   I have had laser treatment in the past on two ocasions.   I have also taken medications such as Oracea for it, but now since it doesn’t currently affect me, I am taking nothing.  My question is what products can I use safely on my skin to enhance my complexion, without aggravating my skin.
