How long should I take antibiotics for severe hormonal acne and does it harm my gut health and what is other option for treatment of hormonal acne other than oral antibiotics

I am 20yr old suffering from severe hormonal acne since 1 year and my dermatologist prescribes oral and topical antibiotics for it and after medication acne resolves and my skin looks perfect for less than one month and again I get flare of acne and again my dermatologist prescribe antibiotics and the same cycle is going on from last 1 year and I need to take antibiotics every month and my parents are concerned that antibiotic resistance will develop and also antibiotics are affecting my health too, 500mg azithromycin for 5 days every month can be harmful I even tried naturopathy, leech therapy ,2%salicylic acid but nothing worked and my dermatologist said I will need to take medicine for 2 years till 22 years of age.what shall I do for the same. Looking forward for your kind reply.
